Full-Time Project Coordinator

Our company provides installations of large-scale commercial countertop applications and kitchen and bathroom design, fabrication and installation of countertops, slab showers and tub walls, and tile backsplashes. We are the largest fabricator/installer of slab surfaces in our region. Our commitment to our clientele shows in the quality and artisanship of each project.

Schedule:
Full Time: Monday through Friday from 7:30-4:00 p.m

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating installation schedules with customers and installation teams
- Processing material orders and maintaining vendor relationships
- Tracking project status from sale to completion
- Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation
- Communicating with customers regarding project timelines and updates
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating solutions
- Assisting the Operations Manager with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (scheduling software, spreadsheets, email)
- Customer service experience is a plus
- No specific degree required, but 1-2 years in administrative or coordination roles preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
