TOPS Staffing partnered with a growing family owned manufacturing company in Butler, PA. Our client is currently looking to hire several new employees for both its daylight and evening shift operations.
We are hiring for a multitude of production related positions, willing to consider candidates of all experience levels for these openings. Candidates must be open to learning new skills and building on their existing experience and abilities. Our client will provide on the job training for all new hires, all newly hired employees must be available to train on daylight shift for typically around a 2 week period of time.

Job Details:
90 Day contract to hire opportunity
Shift: Daylight - 7am to 5pm – Monday to Friday – 47.5 hours per week
Afternoon- 5pm or 6pm to 3am or 4am – 47.5 hours per week
Overtime is available on the weekends but not mandated.
Pay Rate: Daylight shift = $15.50 per hour OR Night shift = $17.50per hour

Currently hiring for all the following positions:
- CNC cutting table operator
- Industrial router or Sander operator
- Bender machine operator – Bending pieces of metal track to specified shapes
- Saw operator – Typically using either a chop or miter saw to cut metal track or frame pieces
- Material handler – Loading and unloading of product during production process
- Various Assembly related roles
- Finish packaging roles
- Overhead crane operators
- Truck loading and unloading positions
Education and Experience:
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately – we have cheater tape measures
- Must be willing to learn on the job, we are willing to train and will consider all levels of current experience. This includes entry-level.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift 45lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of your shift hours
- Must be able to push or pull loaded carts around production facility
