What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONTRACTOR SERVICES COORDINATOR position at Topsider Building Systems, Inc.?
Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designers and fabricators of high-end custom post and beam residential homes and commercial structures sold and shipped worldwide since 1968 seeks qualified individual to assist in builder recruitment (domestically and abroad), technical coordination and liaison with clients and builders. This position does not involve travel.
EDUCATION: Degree related field or equivalent in experience.
EXPERIENCE: Must have hands-on building and client service experience. Must be capable of recruiting and screening builders, doing plan take-offs and building logistics. Minimum of five (5) years in residential construction and/or project management. International experience and knowledge of coastal area building codes are a big plus.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be competent working with contractors and clients concerning the entire range of issues that relate to new construction. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, Internet) required. Heavy builder phone, email, text, WhatsApp and Zoom contact. Must have good verbal and writing skills.
COMPENSATION: From $60k to start.
