About the Company: Topsider Homes is the maker of an upscale, unique and proprietary post & beam residential and commercial building system. Its applications include individual primary residences, resort homes, hotels, restaurants and structures of all kinds, for a wide range of geographic and environmental settings. The Company is located on a 15 acre suburban campus, 10 minutes west of Winston-Salem, NC off of I-40 (in Clemmons, NC). Since 1968 thousands of Topsider homes have been built throughout the world.
Position Responsibilities: Topsider generates a large volume of residential and multi-unit buyer interest throughout the world. Most east coast residential inquiries are handled by our consumer sales force who are located in Winston-Salem and do not travel. This position contemplates travel and involvement with major high-end clients, domestic and foreign developers and commercial projects.
Compensation: $80k-$150k (Including a base salary of $80k plus incentives)

Education: Minimum - Bachelors degree, preferably with major in marketing, engineering, construction, or other related field.
Experience: Ten years sales or sales management experience working with or in resort or residential home development, architectural firm, and/or for/with large builders, or other construction professionals. New home sales or construction background is a requirement. No candidates will be considered without basic construction knowledge and a proven sales track record.
Misc. Qualifications: Candidates must have excellent writing skills, be computer literate and an experienced traveler.
