What you will do at Topsort
- Lead the design and architecture of the Auction Engine.
- Provide technical mentorship to the backend team.
- Optimize performance and scalability of backend services.
- Drive innovation and best practices in backend development.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in backend development with Go. -
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and teams.
- Expertise in Go and deep knowledge of backend architectures. -
- Strong skills in distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data processing.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies..
- Familiarity with auction theory or bidding algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
