Position: Axiom Developer/Architect
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Qualifications (must haves):
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a developer in IT Industry.
- Minimum 3 years of hard core hands on development experience with Axiom controller view
- Knowledge & hands on expertise on various regulatory & risk reporting modules in Axiom such as (Prime reports, CCAR, SCCL, FR2052a etc.,.)
- Familiarity & hands on experience with financial & reporting data
- Proven analytical skills & problem solving capabilities are must
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) is must
- Ability to work closely with business partners & technology teams and having the ability to provide walkthroughs.
- Work in the role of an Axiom Developer in a fast-paced environment, must be a self-starter, comfortable dealing with clients, VERY strong communication skills.
- Must have the ability to review project related documents such as BRD, FSD and understand the design and solutions architecture with minimal guidance.
- Hands on development of ETL jobs, Shell scripting and delivering the functionality details in technical specifications.
- Development and review of PL SQL & other DB code to support date sourcing into Axiom.
- Ensuring code written meets the predefined company and departments standards.
- Must have prior performance tuning experience both inside the Axiom controller view as well as at the DB level..
