Skillset: ERP Procurement P2P Functional,
Must-Have
- 6 years of experience in ERP Oracle with 1 2 implementations in Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record of successful ERP projects
- Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, purchasing module (Manage Suppliers/Manage Catalogs/Requisitions/Purchase Orders/Approval Workflow) and good understanding of Business Process Flows
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA, Flex deploy
- Should have good communication skills and analytical skills
- Interact with business users and understand the business requirements to convert them into technical specifications and strong data analysis skills to close the gaps in the project
- Attitude to learn new technologies depending on Project need
- Should be able to work independently
