Job Title: QA Automation Lead

Looking for only W2 candidates not for C2C and local to GA candidates.
Required Skills & Experience:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright).
- Hands-on experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Solid experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Expertise in telecom domain testing including OSS/BSS, 5G, LTE, IMS, VoIP, and networking applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of database testing (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud testing.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, ALM.
