Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI web designer that can transform our web experience for HCPs and Consumers. We are looking for someone that can assess our current state, map out problem areas and develop prototypes that can be tested with end users. Additionally, this person should be able to provide final outputs of sitemaps, user flows and wireframes that will guide the development of our new HCP and consumer websites.
Job Description:
- Conduct interviews and discovery work to better understand user needs and pain points with our existing websites
- Design for simplicity and user friendliness - help us turn complex business logic into effective and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- Utilize existing design system to develop prototypes and make recommendations for new components for design system
- Analyze web analytics and other data to identify challenges and problem areas for improvement
- Enhance user persona s and develop user flows and scenarios based on goals of each persona
- Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to rapidly test iterations.
- Develop sitemaps to drive customer focused information architecture.
- Enhance user flows and information architecture of the website through research
- Partner with market research to test prototypes to evaluate the effectiveness of new iterations and designs
- Capture user feedback and apply to future iterations
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including marketing, market research. DD&T, and external agencies
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in UX/UI for digital
- BS in digital design or similar field.
- Expert in FIGMA and familiarity with working with design system
- Proficiency in other UX/UI tools (ie miro, figma, Axure)
- Familiarity and experience with human centric design
