Seeking a Recruiting Specialist! For our Bus Operations Department.
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and implement recruitment strategies for immediate impact
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Highly organized and methodical
- At least 3 years of previous relevant recruiting experience
- Experience in recruiting CDL Drivers preferred
- Experience in recruiting CDL Motor Coach / School Bus Drivers highly preferred
- Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Designs strategic recruiting plan that effectively communicates and supports the department’s needs, company's mission and its strategic vision
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
- May assist with recruiting for other roles as needed
- Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $70,000
