As our mission-critical Executive Recruiter, you'll be on the front lines, strategically sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional VP and Director-level candidates across various crucial departments. What You Bring to the Table (Must-Haves):
- 7 years of battle-tested executive recruiting experience, specifically placing VP-level and other executive-level talent from high-volume B2C sectors such as ticketing platforms, food delivery, online retail, or similar. You know how to navigate the top echelons of talent!
- An assertive, competitive, and positive attitude.
Location & Commitment:
This is a full-time, 100% on-site opportunity at our vibrant office located at 11 E 44th St, FL 6, New York, NY 10017 during business hours. We're laser-focused on achieving our ambitious goals, and we require your dedicated presence to make it happen.
Compensation: $50 -$55/hr
Contract Length: 3-6 months
