Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately as per restaurant policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
