Summary:
The HR/Training Guest Relations Office Assistant/Receptionist will support the Management Office Team with smooth and efficient operations including screening calls and handling guest relations platform (SMG), On-boarding and training new hires, general accounting, some payroll administration, ordering of supplies and other general administrative duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have strong communications, managerial and organizational skills, an interest in all aspects of restaurant administration and infrastructure, and 1-2 years of administrative experience. Participate in weekly, monthly management meetings and/or conference calls and online training. Main duty will consist of assisting owners and office manager. Some college. Individuals who are customer service oriented, eager, enthusiastic and interested in becoming part of a dynamic team are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and HR related tasks. Light accounting duties such as running sales reports, payroll, billing/book-keeping-data entry. Scheduling repair services with vendors. Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel with ability to create marketing flyers, charts and presentations. Ability to multi-task. Stable work history. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Problem assessment and problem solving skills. Effective time management skills. Demonstrates ability to handle confidential information with the utmost degree of professionalism. Professional appearance. Team player. Bilingual a plus.
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years experience in an office setting. Able to handle customer service issues via phone and electronic communications. Ability to problem solve and work independently in changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,), Online research, applicant on-boarding and training portals. Use VOIP Telephone system. Ability to make travel arrangements. Ability to work alone and as a team is helpful.
MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION as you may have to report to one of our restaurant locations for inspections or facilitate meetings.
Shift: 8:00am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday, occasional extended hrs until later and will occasionally work Saturdays for community events if needed.
