Duties

• Manage daily school operations, including staff supervision and student engagement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and student outcomes.
• Oversee curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Lead fundraising initiatives to support school programs and resources.
• Engage with students, parents, and the community to foster strong relationships and support.
• Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the school's vision and achievements.
• Provide mentorship and support to faculty members, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within an educational setting.
• Strong background in managing classroom environments and supervising staff.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and curriculum development.
• Experience working directly with students to enhance their educational experience.
• Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• A track record of successful fundraising efforts is highly desirable.
