SUCCESS FACTORS (18 - 24 months):
- Inventory Guru: You’ve supported the shipping and receiving of inventory into the maintenance workshop – creating a space that is well organized and easy to navigate. Collaborating withthe team, you’ve successfully executed the set up of the new satellite shop with the high standards of organization that meet exceed previous inventory spaces. Your kitting work and ability to identify areas of improvement has created additional efficiency for you and the whole maintenance team. Cycle counts are executed with excellence. You’ve helped us stay on top of the maintenance inventory and shortage reports, making proactive adjustments to the plan and ensuring the maintenance team has reliable access to inventory when needed.
- 3D Fabrication: While you’ve dedicated much of your time supporting inventory for the maintenance team, you’ve also carved out time to deliver 3D Parts printing. You’ve set up the 3D printers and ensured the proper maintenance to keep it operating smoothly and producing high quality parts and prototypes that perfectly match the specs provided. By using these 3D printing skills and learning more about modeling and design you’ve continuously developed your skill set and our maintenance team is impressed with the quality of your work! This unique blend of responsibilities directly supports our expanding bottling operations and your focus on excellence is realized in our replacement parts savings.
- Continuous Improvement: You have become a trusted member of the maintenance team and can be relied on to provide support for all areas of inventory 3D printing support. In Inventory, in addition to identifying areas that could be improved you are also eager to learn new responsibilities and support business processes that support successful inventory management – creating PO’s, pulling reporting and pricing support are all areas of growth. In 3d print and design, you strive for constant improvements to make the strongest, longest-lasting parts.
- Safety: As a role model for safety, you maintain safe workplace practices in our Flavor Factory. Potential hazards are clearly identified and communicated to your leader.
- Have FUN!
- High School Diploma, associate degree, preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in inventory control, with parts fabrication or 3D printing roles preferred.
- Inventory management and control, to include receiving ordered goods, cycle counts, and placing in inventory.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work from drawings, instruction manuals, understand schematics and drawings.
- Experience working with contractors and Original Equipment Manufacturers preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to work toward exact timelines, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential to this position
- Basic computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
- Ability to work any shift, overtime and on weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Salary : $29 - $32
