- Training Extraordinaire: You continue shaping the future of our team by refining and expanding the training curriculum to align with the evolving needs of the manufacturing operations. Your innovative training initiatives have enhanced team performance, optimized operational efficiency, and driven continuous improvement. By partnering closely with supervisors and team leads you’ve successfully anticipated skill gaps, developed targeted programs, and supported operators in utilizing Lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Through your efforts, team members feel confident that they are contributing to measurable improvements in quality, safety, and throughput.
- Make It Better: Your commitment to continuous improvement has been central to the success of our Flavor Factory as we’ve expanded our operations to include additional production. By identifying new opportunities to optimize processes and leveraging root cause analysis findings, you have developed specialized training programs aimed at enhancing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reducing inefficiencies across production lines. Your influence inspires operators to embrace change and apply their learning to achieve tangible results, positioning Torani for higher productivity and reduced waste. Your collaboration with operations leaders to identify and implement strategies that directly impact performance outcomes, has set the stage for a culture of ongoing operational excellence.

- 3 to 5 years’ People management experience.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a training related role.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple business and technology assignments concurrently within a changing environment.
- Working knowledge of Lean methodologies.
- Certified Lean practitioner or Six Sigma belt
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary : $98,651 - $120,573
