We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled WMS Administrator to manage and maintain the integrity of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) across all warehouse locations. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system item and location configurations, user management, and daily WMS operations that are critical to the success of our Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging warehouses. You’ll work closely with Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and drive operational excellence.

SUCCESS FACTORS (First 12-18 Months)
- WMS System Administration & Configuration: Maintain item configuration accuracy in Manhattan WMS for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Labels, and Packaging. Manage location configurations in WMS for both North Beach (SL4) and Flavor Factory (SL1) warehouses, ensuring accuracy and optimization for daily operations.
- Transaction & Data Integrity: Investigate daily variances between Oracle and Manhattan WMS (SL1 & SL4) using middleware reporting and determine appropriate escalation path within Inventory team or with IT. Monitor WMS file transactions to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records. Review item velocity and update ABCD classification and pick path capacity to optimize warehouse efficiency. Provide WMS-related KPI reporting for Warehousing and Manufacturing teams, on a regular cadence and ad hoc basis.
- System Access & Security Management: Maintain user security, permissions, and logins for SL1 and SL4 WMS users, ensuring access rights are appropriately assigned to all team members utilizing WMS. Coordinate hardware support for scanners, tablets, and printers to ensure all WMS tools function properly on the warehouse floor. Take ownership of troubleshooting issues and ensure that appropriate partnership is taken with IT when needed.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical content for all WMS floor operations to be utilized in training sessions. When WMS updates or new process rollouts are being planned, provide the details needed to develop effective training to educate users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly training materials and documentation.
- System Process & Label Maintenance: Own and maintain shipping methods, carriers, freight terms, and label configurations within WMS. Support the inventory team in building, configuring, and scheduling jobs in WMS to be performed daily. Schedule jobs for inventory cycle counts and replenishment support to ensure system accuracy and optimal stock levels.

- Some experience working in WMS systems (Manhattan WMS experience a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail in system management.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and data analysis.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $70,073 - $77,859
