Sanitation Team Member
Torani is seeking a new member for our sanitation team to support our third shift. This isn’t your average janitorial role, this position along with the sanitation team ensures that our food manufacturing surfaces are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use in production. SUCCESS FACTORS (12-18 months):
- Sanitation Savant: As the sanitation savant, you’ve meticulously followed all sanitation procedures with a deep understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standard within a food manufacturing environment. By understanding and realizing the importance of your role in the Food Safety Plan, you have a deep level of integrity for the quality
- Clear Communicator: Communication is key when working with your sanitation team and the production team members. Your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently ensures that your team and leaders are made aware of pertinent information verbally and in writing. Your communication through your record keeping and sanitation logs are accurate, up to date and legible for Torani to look back on in the event of an audit or tracing purposes.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe work environment while striving for zero safety incidents. Looking at work through a lens of safety, you care deeply about the safety of fellow team members and are comfortable addressing any safety concerns. Using your stellar forklift and/or pallet jack driving skills, you safely transport pallets of product from one location to another and faithfully conduct pre-shift inspections.

Minimum Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- Prior experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a schedule M-F, 4:30pm -1am
- Able and willing to work a flexible work schedule (including different hours and on weekends if the need arises)
- Eligible for $1.00 shift differential
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Payrate: $20.90
