Meet The Team :
As the Autonomy Software Release Manager, you will spearhead the creation and leadership of a new team responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality software releases for autonomy applications. This is a "working manager" position where you'll initially act as an individual contributor while building a team of talented engineers. Your role will be critical in establishing robust delivery pipelines, ensuring code quality, and streamlining development workflows to empower innovation and maintain safety and reliability.
What You'll Do :
- Team Building : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of engineers focused on software release management, delivery pipelines, and deployment infrastructure.
- Process Ownership : Design and implement version control strategies, CI / CD pipelines, and release management processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Individual Contributions : Contribute directly to infrastructure setup, pipeline development, and integration support until the team is established
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with integration, deployment, simulation, and development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Code Quality Enforcement : Define and enforce rigorous code quality standards through automated testing and reviews
- Technical Leadership : Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve developer productivity, and enhance software reliability.
