Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of projects under PROD, including outreaching external contractors, building relationships with partners—negotiating, communicating and coordinating; ensuring projects run smoothly. Our partners include but are not limited to: paid advertising agencies, email marketing agencies, fashion PR agencies, website visual optimization agencies, other local product suppliers and service providers who are in partnership with PROD.
- Prepare company brand’s introduction and any other relevant materials & documents according to different project’s requirements.
- Assist the company's administrative management with recruiting, interviewing, forming and expanding the local team.
- Participate in the company's administrative management, improve and modify the office management policies and business processes.
- Organize pop-up events and participate in local fashion, art, and cultural exhibitions in the Chicago area.
- Communicating and coordinating with PROD team in China, including but not limited to: viewing sample clothes, receiving and managing products’ materials such as pictures and videos; getting product quotes; supervising orders and production cycles.
- Assist the brand manager to formulate marketing plans and set up promotions of online sales.
- The Employee agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The Employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the
- orders, advice and direction of the Employer.
- The Employee will perform any and all duties as requested by the Employer that are reasonable and that are customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer.
- The Employer may make changes to the job title or duties of the Employee where the changes would be considered reasonable for a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer. The Employee's job title or duties may be changed by agreement and with the approval of both the Employee and the Employer or after a notice period required under law.
- The Employee agrees to abide by the Employer's rules, regulations, policies, and practices, including those concerning work schedules, vacation, and sick leave, as they may from time to time be adopted or modified.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree preferred.
2. Communication/ Meida / Art Management degree preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, Project Management Skill, Time Management Skill, Proficiency in both English and Chinese preferred.
5. Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
6. Ability to independently and quickly solve problems.
7. Creativity and vitality are highly valued.
Time and place of Work:
- Work hour: 40 hours a week.
- The Employee's primary place of work will be at the following location: 1148 Ensell Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
- The Employee's normal hours of work, including breaks, ("Normal Hours of Work") are as follows: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
- Employees work remotely one day a week.
- However, the Employee will, on receiving reasonable notice from the Employer, work additional hours and /or hours outside of the Employee's Normal Hours of Work as deemed necessary by the Employer to meet the business needs of the Employer.
What We Offer:
- $75000 per year with bonus: 10% of base salary (on the first year work anniversary)

- The Employee will be entitled to the following paid vacation each year during the term of this Agreement, or paid vacation as entitled by law, whichever is greater: after being employed at the company for half a year, the employee will get 10 days of paid vacation per year and 4 days of sick leave.
- The times and dates for any vacation will be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
- Upon termination of employment, the Employer will compensate the Employee for any accrued but unused vacation.
