Torch Technologies is seeking a Security Administrator 3 to provide support to the Operational Flight Program Combined Task Force (OFP-CTF) at Eglin AFB, FL. The OFP-CTF manages the end-to end developmental and operational test requirements for all software and hardware changes for the F-15C, F-15E, F-15EX and teh F-16. The OFT CTF is the United States Air Force's only dual-major command squadron under the Air Force Material Command and Air Combat Command.
Responsibilities:
This position requires a highly motivated individual with Security Administrator experience to include the below essential duties:
- Conducts initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits.
- Conducts indoctrination briefings to new personnel and debriefs personnel when access approvals removed.
- Provides annual / recurring security training to all briefed unit personnel.
- Serves as key adviser to unit leadership on PERSEC matters and/or SAP access requirements / qualifications / restrictions.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive security standard operating procedures outlining the security policies/guidance for conducting classified activities within special access program facilities (SAPF) / sensitive compartmented information facilities.
- Identifies, reports, and documents security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, the Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable service regulations / instructions for collateral requirements.
- Provides overall SAP security administration and management and performing duties outlined in the DoDM 5205-series regulations.
- Serves as a primary focal point within the USG facility.
- Maintains personnel security folders on all individuals.
- Maintains all facility / physical security accreditations for each assigned SAPF.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a Bachelors' degree with minimum of 5 years relevant/direct experience within PERSEC supporting SAP/SAPF.
- Formal training and/or direct experience with SAP and SAPF security program administration.
- Practical/working knowledge and application experience with the DoDM 5205.07 series.
- Knowledge of Air Force computer, personnel security, and facility directives.
- Understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Must be a self-starter, able to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually taking responsibility for identifying, organizing, coordinating, and executing necessary tasks to succeed at assigned duties.
- Candidates must be US Citizens and possess an active Top Secret security clearance (within five years) with Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
