Job Description

Freedom Real Estate and Capital invites applications for a Finance and Accounting Intern for the summer of 2025. This role is tailored for a student pursuing a career in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial analysis, accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. The intern will work under the guidance of our experienced finance team and will have the opportunity to contribute to significant financial projects, gaining practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

• This is a summer internship, lasting 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you may… 

• Assist in preparing financial analyses and reports. 
• Participate in the auditing process and help in ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 
• Support the finance team in managing accounts and financial records. 
• Engage in budgeting and financial forecasting activities. 
• Contribute to projects related to financial planning and analysis. . 
• Aid in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements. 
• Work with various financial software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis. 
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting systems. 
• Keen analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. 

Requirements 

• US Citizen. 
• At least 18 years old. 
• Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution. 
• In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0. 
• Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.
