Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 20 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 10 of which must be in the DoD
OR, 30 years of directly related experience, 12 of which must be in the DoD
Technical Skills:
- Experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force
- Possess knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment meeting end users’ requirement
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
