• Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience managing government proposals.
• US Citizen and an active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading complex, multi-million-dollar proposals from start to finish, with a strong understanding of the entire proposal lifecycle.
• Shipley Proposal Management, Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), or equivalent training or certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with FEDSIM acquisition, including orals development and coordination preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex, and highly technical proposals with many stakeholders, and multiple interrelated plans dealing with technical, management, staffing, pricing, quality, and past performance.
