Job Description

Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer/Analyst to support Tactical Missile Systems modeling and simulation (M&S) integration and analysis efforts.

The position consists of executing M&S integration, developing models and analysis tools, algorithm testing and analysis, and pre- and post-flight test support.

Experience with IR and/or RF phenomenology, target signatures, M&S integration, and knowledge of verification and validation (V&V) processes is preferred.

Job Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 5 years of experience
• Experience with MATLAB, C , Python, or other programming languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, management, and peers

Preferred Experience:

• Modeling, simulating, and analyzing IR and/or RF phenomenology
• Understanding of software integration, modeling and simulation, data analysis, and V&V processes

Job Type: Regular Full-time
