- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business software and scheduling tools.
- Proven track record of successful team management
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.
