Were looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchys recipes.
What youll be doing :
- Guest Interaction : Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Cocktail Preparation : Mix and serve cocktails following Torchys recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Menu Knowledge : Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Service Excellence : Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
- Bar Maintenance : Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
