Here’s what we need:
The Digital Marketing Manager role at Torchy’s helps to elevate our Damn Good brand across digital channels. This role is key to positioning our brand through all digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, loyalty and sales – communicating a brand that is bold, irreverent, and fun.  The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategist, creative thinker, and a data analyst – excelling at working both independently and in a collaborative team environment. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Planning & Execution: You'll collaborate on content development, planning, execution, measurement and reporting to help drive both short and long-term digital marketing strategy. 
Performance Analysis: You'll identify goals and success metrics, track and report on performance analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 
Collaboration:  You’ll collaborate across the organization to implement innovative digital programs and initiatives. 
Marketplace Management: You'll be the main point of contact for all 3rd party marketplaces, running promotions and campaigns for optimal results. 
Reporting: You'll create and present comprehensive reports and PowerPoint decks. 
Team Leadership: You'll provide guidance and mentorship to direct report(s), fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality execution of projects. 
Additional Responsibilities: You'll perform other duties as assigned. 

How you’ll do it: 

Innovation: Demonstrate creativity and forward-thinking in digital marketing strategies and campaigns – staying up-to-date with industry trends and adapting quickly to new technologies and market trends to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing. 
Analytical Thinking: Utilize strong data analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance, translating data and insights into strategy and action. 
Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, both in presenting ideas and in day-to-day interactions. 
Leading through Influence: You'll utilize your strong relationship management skills to influence stakeholders and drive digital marketing forward with a clear, strategic vision. 

QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:  

Minimum Qualifications  

6 years in digital marketing for a brand, company, or agency. This can be a combination of Search, Social, Analytics, and Display 
Expert level knowledge of industry trends and best practices 
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DOMO, and similar 
Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency including the usage of pivot tables, functions, and formulas for efficient data analysis and reporting 
Responsive, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills and a high ability to influence 
Scrappy, flexible, and a positive go-getter who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. 

Preferred Qualifications  

Experience working with 3rd party marketplaces like Door Dash and Uber Eats.  
Experience in the restaurant space 
Basic website backend tracking and understanding 

Physical Abilities 

Lifts and move objects up to 25 lbs 
Sits and stands for long periods of time 
Use computer equipment (such as keyboard, mouse, and equivalent devices) for long periods of time 
View and analyze data on computer screens for long periods of time, as well as discern color differences for design and visual content purposes 
Effectively communicate with stakeholders in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing

Travel  
Austin, TX based position in hybrid role 
Availability to post on occasional weekends or evening hours, as needed 
Availability to travel to locations as needed
