Here's What We Need
The Local Store Marketer plays a key role in bringing the Torchy’s brand to life in the community. This role supports restaurant leadership by creating, executing, and evaluating local marketing efforts that drive brand awareness and sales growth. Working closely with both restaurant management and the Field Marketing team, this person acts as a local brand ambassador and connector, building relationships that help make each restaurant a community favorite.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and Execute LSM Initiatives: You will manage all Local Store Marketing activities across your area of responsibility, including developing and executing restaurant-level promotions that align with the brand and support sales goals.
- Promote Brand Campaigns: You will work closely with restaurant management to promote brand campaigns, national promotions, and seasonal initiatives at the local level.
- Engage the Community: You will identify grassroots marketing opportunities such as events, fundraisers, partnerships, and off-premise activations to increase community engagement and build traffic.
- Track and Report Results: You will share insights, successes, and learnings from marketing activities with restaurant leadership and Field Marketing partners.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing: You will work alongside the Field Marketing team to ensure consistency in execution and leverage home office tools, templates, and promotional calendars.
- Generate Leads and Opportunities: You will create opportunities for catering, community partnerships, and in-store events that bring new guests into the restaurant.
- Provide Store-Level Support: You will act as the go-to person for local marketing tactics, maintaining the LSM playbook and helping restaurant teams activate marketing efforts.
- Additional Responsibilities: You will perform additional duties as assigned.

QUE-SO... here's what we need
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, hospitality, or a related field
- Ability to travel locally during the day using reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with grassroots marketing or local event planning
- Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality operations
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
