Full Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Interior Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team! This position would be full time located in Ozark, MO. The candidate will be working with a small, close-knit team on a variety of exciting large and small scaled projects. These projects require someone who is comfortable working under tight production schedules and who has high attention to quality and design sensitivity. This candidate is skilled in the development stages of design wants to make an impact within the community.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter as they will work independently on smaller scaled projects as well as integrate and communicate with other teams in the office on larger scaled projects. The position may require working on multiple projects that have overlapping deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:
· Ability to collaborate in all phases of project design/concept development.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers and other design disciplines as necessary through all phases of the project.
- Prepare drawings, models and renderings, following office standards.
· Design work on all types of projects.
· Finish selections and Specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare presentation materials as required, including but not limited to colored plans, colored elevations, 3D renderings, digital and physical finish palettes.
- Demonstrate an ability to coordinate with other team members and to collaborate with other professional disciplines.
· Communicate with product reps and help manage the interior product library
· Assist with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) selections

Proficiencies:
- AutoDesk -> Revit and AutoCad
- Rendering Experience ->Lumion or Enscape
- Adobe Suite Experience - Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator
- Microsoft Office
- Bluebeam and Sketchup
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Architecture, engineering, or construction knowledge helpful
- Commercial design experience required
Work Location:
- One Location (Ozark, MO)
- Some travel required
