Qualifications & Skills
- Two years minimum of Agriculture specific or related industry sales experience preferred.
- Good attitude and a positive contributor to our service team required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Responsibilities & Duties
- Professional representation of company and brand including positive community involvement
- Works assigned territory through customer visits and maintains customer information for sales management
- Attends sales training events and seminars to maintain current product knowledge
- Understands sales standards and metrics for sales performance and profitability
- Ability to execute growth strategies and adhere to sales policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
