Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist Service Manager in maintaining accurate, timely reports relative to service department operations.
- Opens work orders under the direction of the Service Manager / Lead Service technician and manages them through closure and invoicing.
- Generate, monitor and close all repair orders.
- Communicate and work effectively with others to increase productivity in all departments
- Following company policies / procedures and standard operating procedures for Service
Qualifications and Skills:
- Service writing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Contribute to safety culture in assisting to keep area, self and co-workers safe
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
