Job Description
Torgeson Electric is seeking a dedicated and hard-working Concrete Form Work - Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves setting up, aligning, pouring, and secure concrete pole bases, along with operating a telehandler as needed.

Req. Experience
- No previous experience required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Telehandler certification is a plus but not required

Duties & Tasks
- Set up, align, pour and secure concrete pole bases according to specifications
- Perform basic concrete framework and assist in concrete placement
- Place and tie rebar
- Operate Telehandler to assist with material handling
- Prep, maintain, and clean machinery and tools to ensure they are in working order
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized working area
- Assist with general site cleanup and preparation tasks
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary basis as needed
