Job Summary: Supply Chain Quality Manager
Torito Brands | Nature Gnaws is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and integrity throughout the supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues
* Work closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards
* Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection results and classification records
* Collaborate with the QC Manager to develop and implement corrective actions
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in food processing environments or quality control
* Proven track record of improving quality and reducing costs
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual skills required
**Work Environment:**
This position requires frequent travel to supplier facilities and use of personal protective clothing. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in an ambient room temperature environment.
