As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own, optimize, and scale our paid media campaigns to generate high-intent personal injury leads. You will manage ad strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking while continuously optimizing for cost-per-case, lead quality, and conversion rates.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own, optimize, and scale our paid media campaigns to generate high-intent personal injury leads. You will manage ad strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking while continuously optimizing for cost-per-case, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage data-driven paid search and social campaigns to generate high-quality personal injury case leads
- Oversee Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, LSA) and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Identify high-intent keywords, implement negative keyword strategies, and A/B test creatives, copy, and bidding strategies
- Improve conversion rates by refining landing pages and optimizing lead-to-case retention
- Allocate ad spend efficiently while optimizing CPA, CPL, CPC, and ROAS across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with the intake team, implement automations, retargeting, and audience segmentation to improve case sign-ups
- Maintain tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking) and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
- Monitor competitor ad strategies and industry trends to refine campaign tactics in a competitive landscape

- 5 years of experience in PPC, paid social, and lead generation, preferably in the personal injury industry
- Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns while maintaining a low cost-per-case acquisition
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads
- Strong keyword research, bidding strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking, and lead attribution models
- Ability to create and test high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with call tracking software (e.g., CallTrackingMetrics) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of compliance in legal advertising (Google LSAs, Meta policies, etc.)
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools (e.g., Adzooma, WordStream)
- Knowledge of SEO and organic lead generation to complement paid efforts
- Experience managing seven-figure annual ad budgets for lead generation
