TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a talented and creative UI / UX Designer to help create user-centered digital experiences that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) research, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually engaging products. As a UI / UX Designer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design seamless, functional, and beautiful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Design seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform user testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers in an agile environment.
Apply design systems, libraries, and component-based approaches to maintain consistency.
Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices.

Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.

Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
