Overview:
At TORO Garage Co., we specialize in installing residential decorative concrete floor coverings. We are looking for a Concrete Coating Installer and Helper who takes pride in their work.
Compensation:
Based on experience and job history. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Installation of coatings to floors and surfaces such as garages, patios, and porches.
- Operate general construction equipment such as large grinders, hand grinders, and shop vacuums.
- Communicate with customers to exceed customer expectations and deliver a great customer experience.
- * Day Rate Bonus- If you have a truck and can pull a trailer, we want to talk to you!
We require:
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Basic math skills
- Experience using power tools
- Clean driving record, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a criminal history background check and a DMV driving history background check
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 75 lbs.
- Must have a pick-up truck to pull a trailer
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and humidity
- Must be drug-free, honest, responsible, reliable, trainable, easy to work with, a strong communicator, and take pride in your work with great attention to detail.

Experience:
- Concrete Coating: 1 year (Preferred)
- Trim carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
