BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - EAST COAST
What you'll be doing
- Recruit, Manage, onboard, and continually coach a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Set up and run process to optimize inbound lead qualifications and drive outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal business teams, marketing, and sales teams.
- Provide consistent visibility and insights into sales development activities, hand-off, dispositions, and outcomes by region, team, and individual
- Implement, improve and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth
