We are looking for a driven professional to oversee civil and earthwork projects across multiple counties in Florida.Key Responsibilities : ✅ Manage on-site operations for grading, excavation, and utility installation projects.✅ Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.✅ Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards .✅ Conduct site inspections, enforce best practices, and implement corrective actions as needed.✅ Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.✅ Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and scheduling .Qualifications & Experience :
- 5 years of experience in civil construction, earthwork, or site development .
- Strong understanding of grading, excavation, stormwater systems, and utility installations .
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors .
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and technical specifications .
- Knowledge of construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Office is a plus.
