Junior Estimator – Exterior Restoration Projects (NYC)
Our client, a leading NYC-based subcontractor specializing in roofing, sidewalks, Local Law 11 repairs, façade restoration, and more, is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing bids and estimates for restoration projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings for accurate pricing
- Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and subcontractors
- Utilize Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management software to compile estimates
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of estimating experience in relevant trades (restoration, roofing, façade, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials
- Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management tools
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
