Superintendent – Commercial Interior Construction
Are you a tech-savvy Superintendent with a strong background in commercial interior construction? Our client, a leading General Contractor specializing in high-end commercial interiors, is looking for a Superintendent to join their growing team.
Daily Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
🔹 Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and material deliveries
🔹 Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Procore
🔹 Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans
🔹 Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design or construction challenges
🔹 Lead on-site meetings and provide regular progress reports
Requirements:
🔹 Experienced Superintendent with a background in commercial interiors
🔹 Strong skills in submittals, RFIs, and document control using Procore
🔹 Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
🔹 Knowledge of NYC & NJ construction codes and safety regulations
