About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for building? You’ll manage projects from start to finish, taking them from foundation and excavation all the way to TCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Oversee Projects: Serve as the main on-site leader, handling everything from initial planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate with Teams: Organize project logistics, work directly with subcontractors, review shop drawings, and ensure smooth collaboration throughout all construction phases.
- End-to-End Project Experience: We need someone who has seen ground-up projects through multiple stages, with a proven track record in multi-family developments.
