About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead high-profile commercial and residential roofing projects in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in roofing systems, site coordination, and team management. You’ll oversee project execution, quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction while ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect roofing installations for adherence to project plans, industry codes, and safety regulations.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring material deliveries and labor requirements align with project timelines.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary on-site liaison between clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Problem Solving: Address site challenges proactively, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily reports, job logs, and project documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ 5 years of experience in roofing supervision (commercial & residential projects preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, tile, and shingle).
✔ Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
✔ Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and building codes.
✔ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management tools.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Valid OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
