Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for luxury residential interior projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with all building codes.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to review project timelines, budgets, and any potential issues.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and labor on-site.
- Provide leadership on-site and ensure the project site is running efficiently and safely.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end residential interiors projects.
- Proven experience in managing luxury residential interiors projects ranging from $300k to $10M.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
