We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the server-side and client-side of applications, ensuring smooth interaction between them, and driving the design and implementation of innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with back-end services.
Architect and implement microservices that can scale and perform in high-traffic environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver quality software solutions.
Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and applying best development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end application performance.
Manage all aspects of the development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 6 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Java and associated frameworks such as Spring Boot for back-end development.
Experience with Microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment.
Strong expertise in ReactJS for building modern, responsive front-end interfaces.
Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating back-end and front-end systems.
Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL), as well as caching technologies.
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior developers.
