Our facility seeks a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality care to residents while adhering to professional standards of practice. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that residents' needs are met by facility policies, physician orders, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

Responsibilities :
Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and assess and document changes in residents' conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists
Ensure that documentation and charting are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
Educate residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatments
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facility
Qualifications :
Valid and current RN license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, in-patient rehabilitation, or in-patient behavioral health setting
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using our clinical software, American Health Tech (AHT) or similar.
