We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Part-Time Front Desk leasing agent to join our team at our apartment complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests, handling phone calls and emails, assisting with general administrative tasks, calling leads and potential residents, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Call leads and other potential residents to sign leases
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar for the property manager
- Assist with resident requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Occasional Saturdays required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving on a professional level
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Hours:
Monday-Friday Mid day until 6pm and some Saturdays 10am-5pm
Must be able to work until 6pm on weekdays
Compensation:
$12/hour plus commission
