Torrison Garden LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscape installation and maintenance crews. We specialize in high-quality landscape design and installation, and we are looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project designs and schedules.
- Operate and oversee the use of landscaping tools, equipment, and materials.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and skill development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with company and industry safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in landscape installation, maintenance, or related fields.
- Prior experience leading and managing landscape crews.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, irrigation, grading, and landscape construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and project plans.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
