Primary Duties:
- Receiving inbound live transfers with a natural desire to help people.
- Verifying client information for accuracy in client files while being vigilant to catch mistakes.
- Ensuring compliance with qualifying criteria and upholding a strong moral compass.
- Rewording notes for clarity to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Addressing inquiries comprehensively and confirming responses, fostering a positive and professional environment while working collaboratively within a team setting.
- Listening to and reviewing intake calls to ensure accuracy in internal notes and qualifying criteria.
- Previous experience in a call center and/or legal assistant role is preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to sound trustworthy and professional over the phone.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent typing skills and adeptness in note-taking.
- Ability to speak with individuals in a productive and professional manner, demonstrating empathy when necessary.
- Strong command of grammar and punctuation, ensuring accurate and polished communication.
- Completing and passing a comprehensive grammar assessment is required for this role.
- Having the ability to catch errors and mistake on client accounts.
