About the Role
As a successful Sexual Assault Case Manager, you will work directly with sexual assault survivors utilizing trauma-informed practices to collect information for civil litigation about their experience of sexual violence while mitigating the trauma of disclosure for them. You will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team that is tech-savvy and handles multiple tasks on a daily basis.

- Handle Case Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of sexual abuse cases, from initial intake to case resolution
- Practice Trauma Informed Care: An ability to manage vicarious trauma and practice self-care, with support from a team and a supervisor
- Provide Support: Provide respectful and empathetic trauma-informed support. Claimants should feel heard and supported at all times
- Gather Evidence: Work with the Claimant and internal teams to gather records, collect testimony, and complete court-mandated documentation
- Provide Documentation: Prepare detailed case summaries, reports, and other documentation required for legal proceedings
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal legal teams, our review & QC teams, and other stakeholders to build strong, evidence-based cases
- Utilize Technology: Utilize our proprietary in-house case management software to track case progress and manage documentation
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all case management activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Continuously Learn: Openness to continuous learning and improvement through our Learning and Development programs
We’re Excited About You Because You Have...
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- A background in social services, victim advocacy, social services, or similar fields
- Experience working with trauma survivors, specifically survivors of sexual violence, with respect, dignity, and trauma-informed practices
- The ability to maintain boundaries within the scope of the position and set and maintain expectations on requirements for claimants
- A thorough understanding of sexual violence dynamics
- Experience and ability to work with diverse populations and provide culturally responsive services
- Proven experience in legal Case Management, preferably in mass tort or sexual abuse legal cases
- A strong understanding of legal processes and requirements for mass tort litigation
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to prepare detailed, accurate, and compelling case documentation
- Experience with case management software and CRMs
- Resiliency with strong self-care practices and the ability to handle emotionally challenging cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to claimant interaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
Salary Range:
$50,000 to $65,000 USD annually
